Kevin Cook

Kevin Cook has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to sales, operations, and project engineering. Kevin began their career as a Cargo Operations Manager at Western Pioneer, Inc, where they implemented a bar code based cargo tracking system and grew the business 400% over ten years. Kevin then worked as an Inventory and Asset Manager at B&B Construction and an Inventory Control Manager at B&B San Pedro. Kevin later served as an Operations Manager at Konoike Pacific Cold Storage, where they managed international shipping and cold storage warehouse operations. Kevin also held the same role at Konike Pacific Cold Storage, Tacoma.

In 1996, Kevin joined EDP System Services as a Sales Engineer and gained 12 years of experience in sales of barcode data collection systems and services. Kevin worked as a Senior Account Executive at EDP System Services, responsible for commercial and government sales. In 2008, Kevin became a Sales Engineer at Dynamic Systems, Inc, where they trained the sales staff, promoted a reseller channel, and negotiated developer agreements.

Kevin then joined Seattle Mobility Solutions as a Principal, providing data capture solutions for WinMobile and CE devices. Currently, they are working at ID Integration, Inc as a Senior Project Engineer, specializing in Auto ID solutions for government, aerospace, and medical customers. Kevin'sresponsibilities include UID and ATA mark verification, laser labeling and marking systems, RFID label creation and data capture systems. Kevin is also involved in the developments of parsing UDI GS1 label formats for data entry to ERP systems and UID formats for validation and parsing to ERP systems.

Kevin Cook attended Washington State University from 1967 to 1971, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Science. Afterward, from 1972 to 1974, they pursued a degree in Education with a focus on Secondary Science at Western Washington University.
