Jay then joined Webpro IT as a Senior Support Developer, where they worked closely with clients to address issues and implement modifications to their estate agent management software. Currently, Jay is the Head of Technology at I-Fulfilment, where they lead a team of IT professionals in developing and maintaining a bespoke warehouse and business management solution. In this role, they collaborate with executive and senior business managers to ensure IT is leveraged to drive business advantage and securely support business needs.
