Beverley Deans

Beverley Deans has over 10 years of experience in HR management. Beverley started their career at Equity Insurance Group in 2006 as a Resourcing Advisor and was promoted multiple times during their tenure. Beverley had various responsibilities at Equity Insurance Group, including resourcing, general HR, and managing employee relations. In 2013, they worked as an interim M&A HR Manager at AJ Gallagher. In 2014, they joined iGO4 Partners as a Senior HRBP, and in 2016, they became the Head of HR at iGO4.

Beverley Deans completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Psychology from Middlesex University, spanning from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, which they completed between 2010 and 2012.
