Jessica Hines

Jessica Hines is a seasoned continuous improvement professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and process optimization. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager at i-Health, Inc., a division of dsm-firmenich, since May 2019, Jessica has successfully developed and implemented the i-Health Operational Excellence program across various operational teams. Prior to this role, Jessica held multiple positions at Pepperidge Farm, including Continuous Improvement Manager, Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, and Product Manager, where notable contributions included leading continuous improvement projects and managing teams. Earlier career experiences at Ocean Spray Cranberries and Corning Asahi Video Products further established a strong foundation in manufacturing processes and team leadership. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
