Dawn Lee - Britt

Dawn Lee-Britt, MPH, currently serves as the College Advising Manager at I Know I Can, where programs focus on guiding Columbus students from elementary school to college graduation. Prior experience includes a role as Program Manager at See Kids Dream, overseeing Project Dream and managing a diverse team of interns. Dawn also worked as the Starbucks Store Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton, where responsibilities included workforce supervision and staff development. As a Lactation Specialist at Nationwide Children's Hospital, Dawn provided education and support for families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Additional experience includes serving as an AmeriCorps Service Member at Big Brother Big Sisters of Central Ohio, an intern focused on childhood obesity prevention, and a VISTA member at UCLA developing college career centers. Dawn holds a Master’s in Public Health from Walden University and a Bachelor’s in Public Health Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
