Helen Zhang

Helen Zhang has over 15 years of work experience in finance and management, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Helen is currently the Global Finance Vice President at I-Mab Biopharma. Prior to this, Helen held various roles at GSK, including Finance Director for China Vaccines, BD, alliances&Portfolio, and Head of R2R&Treasury for China/HK. Helen also served as an Associate Finance Director for the Novartis Vaccine integration and a Senior Finance Manager for China Pharma. Before GSK, Helen worked as a Reporting & Analysis Manager at UCB and as an Assistant Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Nike. Their career started at BP as a management trainee, where they gained experience in tax, financial planning & analysis, and GL/SAP implementation.

Helen Zhang has a Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Helen also has a GSK Bi-MBA leadership program from BiMBA at Peking University, completed from 2016 to 2017. Helen Zhang is currently pursuing a Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) in Management from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), which they started in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2023. Helen also holds the Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) certification from ACCA, obtained in 2010.
