Monique van Bael

Monique Van Bael is an experienced manager with a strong background in social work and administrative roles. Current positions include Manager volunteers work for the Province of Antwerp and Waas and Dender, Manager of family care, Regional Supervisor, and coordinator of PMH and team leader for CADO’s Thuishulp vzw at i-mens since October 2018. Previous roles include volunteer work at Zomerklap and an internship at Atlas Integratie & Inburgering, along with a variety of administrative and management positions in organizations such as CIB Antwerpen, Begeleid Wonen Antwerpen-stad, Estherimmo, ERGO INSURANCE (Belgium), ASB interim, and Argenta. Monique holds a Master's degree in Gender and Diversity from Ghent University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Antwerp, supplemented by studies in Human Sciences.
