Ro Richard

Ro Richard is a highly experienced engineer with a strong focus on signal integrity and application engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer at I-PEX since January 2019, Ro provides technical support across North America and EMEA, engages with clients to secure new business, hosts educational webinars, and trains sales teams in various signal integrity concepts. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Spectra7 Microsystems, where Ro validated software and hardware quality for high-performance cable systems, and Electrical Engineer at Molex, contributing to the design of RF/microwave test systems. Earlier experience also includes significant work as an Applications Engineer at Gennum Corporation, leading software development for high-speed datacom applications. Ro holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from McMaster University, complemented by a Leadership & Management Certificate from The Wharton School.
