Mahmoud Abdelwahab

Mahmoud Abdelwahab has extensive experience in operational risk management, with roles in various financial institutions in Egypt. Mahmoud started their career at Credit Agricole Egypt in 2007, holding positions in operational risk analysis and project management. Mahmoud then moved on to BLOM BANK Egypt as Operational Risk Deputy Manager before joining Credit Agricole Egypt again as Deputy PRSI Manager. Most recently, they worked at Bank ABC as Operational Risk Senior Manager before becoming the Head of Operational Risk at The Egyptian Credit Bureau S.A.E (I-SCORE) in 2022. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong understanding of operational risk categories, control guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Mahmoud Abdelwahab completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management at Cairo University from 2000 to 2004. Mahmoud also obtained certifications in Financial Software Development from AGC Academy in October 2005 and Graphic Design Applications from Beaux arts Academy in December 2004.
