Mahmoud Saad

Mahmoud Saad is a highly experienced professional in compliance and governance, currently serving as Head of Compliance and Governance at The Egyptian Credit Bureau S.A.E (I-SCORE) since January 2023, while also holding the position of Deputy General Manager - Compliance and Corporate Governance at Banque Misr since June 2022. Mahmoud has an extensive background in regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) as Deputy Compliance Head at Arab Bank since September 2012, where responsibilities included developing compliance strategies, implementing risk management processes, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Prior roles include Compliance Projects Manager, Assistant Manager for Regulatory Compliance and AML, and positions in customer accounts services, showcasing a strong foundation in both compliance and customer relations. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ain-Shams University, Cairo.
