Layne Radlauer has a diverse work experience, having worked in various roles since 2016. In 2016, they worked as Lead Editor at The Jump Point, a student-run, speculative-fiction magazine, where they reviewed fiction submissions and managed a team of writers and editors. In 2017, they worked as a Telefunder at Lionline, where they called alumni and asked for donations for Penn State-affiliated charities. They also raised money for Four Diamonds, which focused on childhood cancers. In 2018, they worked as an Editorial Intern at The Santa Fe Reporter, a local alt-weekly, where they did extensive copyediting and writing work, conducted interviews, edited articles and the calendar, and wrote several articles of their own. In 2020, they worked as a Fact Checker at Misbarfc, where they hunted for fake news and misleading claims, and debunked them with research and reasoning. Finally, in 2021, they returned to I-Showcase as a Content Writer and Developer, having previously worked there as a Senior Content Writer and Developer.

Layne Radlauer obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Penn State University in 2017. In 2021, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: Become an SEO Expert and SEO Foundations.
