Irina Zilbergleyt

Irina Zilbergleyt is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Principal at I Squared Capital and a Professor for the Master in Finance and MBA programs at IE Business School. With extensive expertise in career education and advising, Irina has designed and implemented strategies benefiting over 6,000 students and maintained relationships with more than 200 firms in banking, asset management, and fintech. Previous roles include Director of Investor Solutions at ORIX Corporation USA and Vice President at Ares Management, where Irina led numerous strategic acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Irina's foundational experience includes senior positions in private equity and investment banking, with a BA in Finance with Highest Honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and further education in data science from IE Business School.
