Eric Hibshman

Eric Hibshman has a strong background in Linux engineering and administration. Eric started their career in 2014 as a Senior Management Analyst for DIGITELLINK CORPORATION. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Cyber System Administrator for Northrop Grumman. Eric then joined AELIUS Exploitation Technologies, LLC as a Senior Linux Admin, focusing on bio-metric system administration. In 2017, they became a Senior Linux Engineer at DSA, where they worked until 2019, specializing in Linux administration, web applications, security hardening, and scripting deployment configurations. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Senior Linux System Engineer at Program Executive Office Command, Control & Communications-Tactical, handling Linux administration tasks. Eric Hibshman completed their high school education and received a diploma from Pequea Valley in 1997 with a focus on college preparation.

Eric holds certifications in Linux+ and LPIC from CompTIA and LPIC-1: Linux Server Professional Certification from the Linux Professional Institute. Eric Hibshman also holds a Security+ certification from CompTIA and a Red Hat Certified System Administrator certification in Red Hat OpenStack from Red Hat. Eric has also obtained a NOVEL Linux certification from Novell, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
