Matt West

Matt West is a healthcare executive with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Matt currently serves as the Vice President of Pop Health Solutions at i2i Population Health, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to joining i2i, Matt served as the Vice President of HCTec from 2015 to 2017 and as the Director of Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) at Provisions Group from 2008 to 2015.
