Clay Whitson

Clay Whitson is currently the Chief Financial Officer at i3 Verticals. Prior to joining i3 Verticals, Clay served as the CFO at edo Interactive from January 2010 to December 2014. Before edo Interactive, Clay was the CFO at iPayment, Inc. from October 2002 to September 2010. Prior to iPayment, Inc., Clay served as the CFO at The Corporate Executive Board from October 1998 to September 2002. Clay began their career as the CFO at PMT Services, Inc. from January 1996 to December 1998.

Clay Whitson has an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in English from Southern Methodist University.
