Angelina Schapiro is a Chief Strategy Officer at RIFFAI since January 2025 and served as a co-founder of the YEP! program at Stanford from November 2024 to December 2025, which offers free entrepreneurship training for high school students. From March 2024 to December 2025, Angelina worked as a Research Assistant at the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability, focusing on nitrogen losses from cover crop residues. Additionally, Angelina founded the Green Meals Project in June 2020 and held a Research & Development Intern position at Current Foods from June 2022 to February 2023. Angelina is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Product Design at Stanford University, expected to graduate in 2027, having previously graduated from Las Lomas High School in June 2023.
