Colleen Rumsey

Colleen Rumsey has extensive work experience in the payments industry. Colleen is currently the Vice President of Merchant Operations at i3 Verticals since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BillingTree as the Director of Merchant Acquiring, where they focused on optimizing relationships with card brands, processors, banks, and partners. Colleen also identified new business opportunities and played a key role in new industry expansion. Colleen worked at Sage Payment Solutions for over 20 years, starting as a Vice President. In this role, they developed pricing strategies, executed portfolio acquisitions, and ensured compliance with government regulations.

Colleen Rumsey obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo from 1983 to 1987. Colleen also holds a certification in ETA CPP from the Electronic Transactions Association, which they obtained in September 2022.
