Crystal Bell

Crystal Bell has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the President of Enterprise Solutions at i3 Verticals since September 2023. In this role, Crystal focuses on driving growth and excellence in customer implementations, product management, and RFP response management. Crystal is known for creating outstanding teams and utilizing a metrics-driven approach to success.

Prior to their current role, Crystal served as the President of ImageSoft from May 2021 to June 2023. Crystal also held various positions within the company, including Vice President of Professional Services, Director of Professional Services, Team Lead, and Business Analyst. As a Team Lead, they led cross-functional teams in the delivery of customer solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and process improvement in a Scrum environment.

Before ImageSoft, Crystal worked at Cowlitz County as a Technology and Business Manager from April 2011 to January 2015. Crystal'sresponsibilities included leading the paperless implementation of OnBase, analyzing business processes and data, and supervising a staff of 16 employees. Crystal also served as the Marketing & Development Director at The Arc of Washington County from August 2010 to February 2011 and as the Assistant Executive Director at Fine Arts Chamber from May 2009 to May 2010.

Crystal Bell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Choral & General Music from Lakeland University in 2008. Crystal then went on to pursue an MBA at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, which they completed in 2010.
