Jason Buckner

Jason Buckner has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and engineering. Jason currently holds the position of Senior Director of Engineering (ERP) at i3 Verticals, starting in November 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Software Engineering Manager at the same company from June 2023 to November 2023.

Before joining i3 Verticals, Jason worked at ImageSoft, where they held multiple roles. From April 2022 onwards, they served as the Principal Software Developer - Team Lead, with responsibilities including supervision and mentoring of software developers, participation in management duties, and assistance in the administration and development of Microsoft Azure environment. From August 2020 to April 2022, they held the position of Senior Software Developer Team Lead at ImageSoft. Jason also worked as a Software Developer at the company from June 2017 to August 2020.

Prior to their tenure at ImageSoft, Jason Buckner worked as a Senior Software Developer at DiscoverReady from February 2013 to May 2017. Before that, they served as a Senior Software Developer at Trott Law, P.C. from August 2011 to February 2013. During their time at Trott Law, they played a key role in the creation of a Document Management System and worked on the Court Case Workflow Solution (Veritas), among other responsibilities.

Jason's career began at American Laser Skincare, where they worked as a Software Developer from May 2009 to August 2011.

Jason Buckner graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Jason also obtained a Supervisory and Leadership Certificate from LERN in 2023.
