Helen Sanders is currently the Chief Operations Officer and Head of People at i3Works Ltd. Prior to this position, Helen worked as a Project Controls consultant at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) and as a Principal Programme/Planning Management Consultant at i3Works Ltd. Helen also has experience as a Project Controls Manager at Turner & Townsend and as a Control Systems Planning Leader at GE Oil & Gas. With a BA Hons in Maritime Management from Solent University, Helen has a strong background in project management, planning, and operations across various sectors including Defence, Energy, and Infrastructure.
