Krisztian Stancz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Krisztian began their career as an R&D Engineer at General Electric in 1998. Following this, they joined Procter & Gamble as a Systems Analyst in 2000, and later transitioned to the role of IT Operations Support Specialist at HP in 2003. In 2006, Krisztian started working as a Freelance Soft Skills Trainer, providing training and development services to various clients. Krisztian then took on the role of Learning and Development Expert at Avis Group Business Support Centre from 2008-2010. From 2011-2013, Krisztian worked as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Vodafone. In 2014, they joined MOL Group as a Capability Development and Strategic HR Expert, responsible for leadership assessment and development programs. Krisztian also worked as a Soft Skills Trainer for i4p informatikai kft from 2015-2017. Currently, they serve as a Software Developer at the same company, specializing in embedded software development and Java Card development.

Krisztian Stancz attended the Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 1993 to 2000, where they obtained a Master's degree in Integrated Engineering. In 2017, they briefly attended Green Fox Academy to study Hardware Programming. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "A Beginner's Guide to Irrational Behavior" and "Gamification" from Coursera in 2013. Krisztian also holds certifications as an Action Learning Facilitator, Golden People Profiler Practitioner, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner, earned in 2009, 2008, and 2006 respectively.
