Katy Agnor

Katy Agnor joined iA American in 2017 as the company's CIO, bringing with her more than 25 years of software development and IT operations experience. She has held key software development roles at NetSpend, MessageOne, Excite, Acuity, and Onebox. Katy is a passionate champion of Lean-Agile practices, focusing software delivery on customer value by creating an environment that welcomes change, promotes constant learning, respects people, and empowers self-organizing and self-managing teams. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
