Nathalie Maillet

Nathalie Maillet is a seasoned professional in operational and strategic risk management with extensive experience across renowned financial institutions. Currently serving as VP of Operational and Strategic Risk Management at iA Financial Group since September 2022, Nathalie previously held the role of AVP Corporate Operational Risk Management at Sun Life Financial, where leadership extended over the establishment of an integrated enterprise-wide Operational Risk Management Framework and various governance initiatives. Prior to Sun Life, Nathalie was a Director at Scotiabank, overseeing enterprise-wide stress testing and international banking operational risk functions. Nathalie's early career includes consultancy roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and marketing management at Société Générale. Nathalie holds an MBA from McGill University and a Diplome de Gestion from emlyon business school.
