Brett Gardner

Brett Gardner is a seasoned professional in sustainability and project management, currently serving as a Senior Associate, Project Director, and Ecos Studio Director at IA Interior Architects since January 2018. In this role, Brett leads a team focusing on Sustainability, Wellness, and Inclusive Design, addressing issues such as building performance and health-based materials. Prior to IA Interior Architects, Brett held positions at Gensler as an Associate and Senior Project Manager, managing over 50 global projects and significant corporate headquarters developments. Brett also served as Associate Vice President/Senior Sustainability Analyst at A. Epstein & Sons, directing the LEED certification processes and sustainability strategies. With earlier roles including Senior Tenant Coordinator at General Growth Properties and various design and project management positions, Brett's extensive experience spans diverse industries. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Environmental Health from Purdue University and studies at Harrington College of Design.
