Dieuwke is a Communications Manager at IDEXX, a global leader in veterinary diagnostics, software, and water testing. With a Black Belt from Melcrum (now Gartner) in internal communications and over 20 years’ experience as a creative communications, supply chain and project management professional, Dieuwke has worked both in-house and as a consultant for multinationals within the non-profit, FMCG, oil and gas, and healthcare sectors. Her focus is on strategic internal and change communications. Partnering closely with business leaders, she provides guidance on the most effective and purposeful ways to positively influence understanding, behaviours and outcomes. Dieuwke is based in The Hague, NL.
