David Austin

David Austin is an experienced HRIS professional with a robust background in overseeing and implementing human resource information systems. Currently serving as Director of HRIS at IAC since June 2006, David manages the HRIS team, focusing on maximizing end-user efficiency and system utilization across multiple entities. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager of HRIS, where David successfully led projects for UKG and ADP systems, ensuring proper training for end users and developing tailored HR and payroll reports. David's expertise is supported by a Master of Business Administration in HRIS from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Distributive Education from Siena College. Early experience includes an internship at Albany International, where David contributed to the development of an HR portal and a training program for international users.
