Mark Stein

Mark Stein currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at IAC, a position held since September 2015. Additionally, Mark serves as a Board Member for ANGI Homeservices since September 2017 and was a Board Member for Match Group from September 2016 to July 2020. Prior roles include Chief Strategy Officer for IAC Search & Applications from March 2012 to August 2015, SVP Corporate Development at IAC from 2009 to 2015, and EVP of Corporate and Business Development at Ask Jeeves, Inc. from 2004 to 2008. Mark's earlier experience includes serving as EVP and General Counsel for Interactive Search Holdings/iWon, Inc. from 1999 to 2004 and working at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in the Trade Practices and Regulatory Law Group from 1993 to 1999. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in American History from the University of Pennsylvania, both degrees obtained between 1986 and 1990.
