Shruti Chaudhari

Shruti Chaudhari is the SVP, Internal Audit for IAC. Ms. Chaudhari joined IAC in July 2020 with extensive experience in managing internal audit teams at public companies such as Broadridge Financial Solutions, Time Inc. and Pearson.

Ms. Chaudhari began her career as a Chartered Accountant in India, moving to the United States in 2003 where she joined Protiviti in their risk consulting practice in New York. She continued her consulting career with Deloitte before joining Pearson in 2010. Ms. Chaudhari holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
