Florin Abazi

Florin Abazi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nuclear safeguards and technical operations. Currently serving as a Nuclear Safeguards Inspector and Safeguards Inspector (IT Specialist) at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) since July 2008, Florin has a strong background in systems analysis and programming acquired during a previous position at IAEA from October 2000 to June 2007. Additionally, experience as a Technical Officer at the World Health Organization from June 2007 to July 2008 further complements Florin's expertise. Florin Abazi holds a Dr. techn. degree in Knowledge Engineering from the University of Vienna, completed between 2006 and 2011.
