Michael Sanfey

Michael Sanfey has a diverse and extensive work experience. Michael currently holds the position of Director of Cargo Operations Ireland and Interim Head of London Operations Strategy at IAG Cargo since August 2021. Prior to that, they were Director of Cargo Operations Ireland at IAG Cargo starting from February 2017. Michael also served as the Director of Cargo at Aer Lingus, where they were responsible for offering cargo services on Airbus aircraft for North America, Ireland, and European networks. Before that, they worked as the Head of Sales and Marketing at Greenstar and as the Business Development Director at Kaymed, where they successfully built international sales relationships. Additionally, they served as the Chief Executive of Retail at Budget Travel, where they significantly increased turnover and expanded the shop network. Michael'searlier roles include positions such as Marketing Manager at Evans Withycombe, Marketing Manager at Nissan Ireland, and Consultant at Condon International.

Michael Sanfey earned a Leaving Certificate from Terenure College in the year 1980. Michael went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies at Trinity College Dublin, where they studied from an unknown start year until an unknown end year. Later, they attended University College Dublin from 1985 to 1987, completing a Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Strategic Marketing.
