Paolo Bica has extensive experience in the logistics and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Customer Service and Sales Support team leader at IAG Cargo since June 2009, focusing on sales support in Italy. Prior to this, Paolo worked with British Airways from May 1999 to May 2009 as the operative team leader for import-export at Malpensa MXP. Paolo's career began in operational accounting roles, first at Teps Winning srl from November 1995 to May 1999 and earlier at Sodexho Italia S.p.a. for a brief period in 1995. Paolo holds a degree in accounting from Ragioneria Limbiate Milano (1986-1991) and furthered education at Università degli Studi di Milano in 2011-2012.
