Courtney Wilson

Courtney Wilson is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in business partnering and recruitment. Currently serving as Principal Business Partner at IAG since April 2018, Courtney has held various roles including Manager Specialist Partnering and People & Culture Consultant. Prior experience includes HR Project Consultant at Auckland UniServices Limited, where contributions were made to the Improving Research Support Programme, and multiple roles at Bravo Recruitment, including Recruitment Consultant and HR Coordinator, where significant achievements included recruiting for high-profile events such as The Rugby World Cup 2011. Earlier roles included Duty Manager at Villa Maria Estate and Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Deloitte. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business/Management from The University of Auckland.
