Juan Suarez

Juan Suarez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and operations, currently serving as Manager of Reinsurance Operations at IAG since March 2021. In this role, Juan has developed a product health framework for monitoring personal lines products and has led strategic initiatives in cyclone reinsurance and home product performance. Previous positions include Head of Product CCMS for Allianz Partners in the Asia Pacific, where Juan directed the development of banking products, and Senior Product Manager roles at organizations such as Comparethemarket.com.au and Suncorp Group, focusing on consumer lending and insurance products. Juan's career began at Citibank, contributing to the implementation of banking solutions and the management of personal loans and savings accounts.
