Krystine Chung

Krystine Chung is an experienced professional currently serving as a Delivery Lead and Lead Scrum Master at IAG since October 2021, where responsibilities include coordinating work delivery across various business units and liaising with tech team Scrum Masters and Product Owners to align delivery goals. Prior to this role, Krystine held multiple positions at Suncorp Group from February 2015 to September 2021, including Business Design Advisor, Project Manager, Iteration Manager, and Business Analyst, contributing to business excellence initiatives and improving customer experiences through Agile and Lean methodologies. Krystine's earlier experience includes serving as a Laboratory Instructor at Griffith University, teaching engineering courses, and maintaining student performance records. Krystine holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic & Biomedical Engineering from Griffith University.
