Nicola Hayward

Nicola Hayward has over two decades of experience in leadership roles within the auditing and risk consulting fields. Currently serving as Executive Manager in the Office of the CEO at IAG since September 2003, Nicola has previously held positions including Senior Manager of Group Internal Audit Operations and Manager of Group Internal Audit. Prior to IAG, Nicola worked at EY as a Manager in Business Risk Consulting and at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Manager in Business Risk Consulting and Senior Consultant in Audit & Assurance. Education includes a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Certified Internal Auditor credential from IIA-Australia, a Chartered Accountant designation from ICAEW, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in Classics from Newcastle University.
