Marzena Milewska

Marzena Milewska has accumulated extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director HR at IAI since April 2020. Prior to this role, Marzena worked as HR Business Partner at Asseco Data Systems, focusing on various HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, alongside digitalization initiatives. Marzena's career includes significant positions at Unizeto Technologies SA and Telekomunikacja Polska S.A., where responsibilities encompassed payroll processing, employee adaptation, and compensation systems development. Additionally, Marzena served as a lecturer at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu, teaching courses related to labor law and human resources management. Marzena holds a Master’s degree in Economics and two postgraduate degrees in Personnel Management and Marketing from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
