Ralf Hengels

Ralf Hengels possesses extensive experience in human resources, having served as HR Director and Vorstand Personal at Nestlé Germany from July 2008 to September 2016, where responsibilities included oversight of personnel and labor matters. Prior to this role, Ralf Hengels held various positions at ExxonMobil from December 1998 to June 2008, including HR Business Partner Sales and Compensation & Benefits Manager, and began his career at WestLB New York as a Praktikant in 1996. Ralf Hengels holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne and furthered education at Penn State University.
