Mafalda Passos

Mafalda Passos is a Group Strategy Analyst at International Airlines Group (IAG) since March 2023, bringing valuable experience from previous roles as an In-house Management Consultant at BNP Paribas, where strategic initiatives for corporate banking were supported from June 2020 to January 2023. Mafalda also worked as a Business Developer and Strategy Analyst at Last2Ticket Asia, focusing on e-ticketing solutions, and interned at SONAE to enhance operational efficiency through KPI dashboards. Furthermore, Mafalda contributed to leadership development at ShARE, serving as Head of the Human Resources Department from 2016.
