Natalie Thwaite

Natalie Thwaite currently serves as the Head of Talent at International Airlines Group (IAG), where the focus is on enhancing talent, leadership, organizational health, culture, engagement, and DEI across the global airline group. Previously, Natalie was the Learning, Development & Leadership Director for GSK's Global Consumer Health business, overseeing programs for 25,000 employees during a transformational period. Noteworthy achievements include leading multidisciplinary teams to establish new behavioral expectations and advising on the Haleon demerger. Additional experiences include a GSK-sponsored consultancy with Save the Children Philippines, various leadership development roles at GSK, and managerial positions in learning and development at BDO LLP, DHL, and Cancer Research UK. Educational credentials include a BA in French and Spanish from the University of Southampton and a Masters in Career Management & Counselling from Birkbeck, University of London.
