Sean O'Gorman

Sean O'Gorman possesses extensive experience in leadership and operations within the IT and logistics sectors. Currently, Sean serves as the Director of Infrastructure and Operations at IAG Cargo and as Head of Service Operations at International Airlines Group since February 2022, overseeing a large volume of incidents and service requests. Previous roles include senior positions at CGI and Tata Steel Europe, focusing on service management, operational delivery, and incident management. Sean's career began with foundational roles at Capgemini and in local government, contributing to a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and support. Sean holds an HND in Computing from Swansea Institute of Higher Learning.
