Robbie Bentham

Robbie Bentham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mining and equipment sectors. Currently serving as Regional Business Director at SMT GB since June 2023, Robbie holds a board-level position overseeing over 300 assets and ensuring compliance with operational safety and efficiency standards. Previously, as Plant Director for Banks Group from October 2014 to July 2023, responsibilities included supporting the Mining Operational team. Robbie's career commenced at Finning (UK), where roles ranged from Field Service Engineer to Strategic Account Mining Manager over a 25-year period, focusing on establishing strong customer relationships and providing comprehensive equipment solutions. Academically, Robbie holds a City & Guilds certification in Mechanical Engineering from Stockton Billingham Technical College.
