Sara Baroni

Sara Baroni currently serves as a Docente presso Blue Bee Group, specializing in Diversity Inclusion Management, focusing on diversity policies, leadership in inclusion, and enhancing personnel development through inclusivity. Additionally, Sara holds the position of Direttrice rubrica SheX STEM at WomenX Impact, where advocacy for digital feminism is a priority. As a Brand Ambassador and journalist for Innovable, Sara highlights innovations impacting society, women's rights, youth, and the environment. Sara is also involved with La Svolta as a journalist addressing digital activism and feminist issues. From 2021, Sara has been a Personal Branding teacher and social media trainer at IAL Emilia Romagna, and previously contributed to Logos Publishing as a copywriter and art director for international fashion magazines, where Sara engaged in various aspects of styling, trend research, and social media strategy. Education was completed at the Leopoldo Nobili -Max Mara Institute.
