Ian Darlington

Ian Darlington is a co-founder of IAM Productions Group, established in 2018, where the collaborative name reflects the partnership with Mike, with Ian playing a prominent role as a director. Prior to this, Ian co-founded Learning Heroes in March 2015, focusing on innovative e-learning solutions that prioritized customer experience and effective collaboration. Ian's earlier experience includes serving as Control Room Manager at United Utilities from February 2013 to March 2015, overseeing a 24/7 operational team of 52 individuals managing telemetry signals from over 4000 locations in the Northwest. Ian holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Salford, earned between 2001 and 2005.
