Juliana Naugle has over 9 years of Human Resources experience. Juliana began their career in 2012 as an Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Matthews International. In 2016, they moved to Highmark Health as an HR Service Center Supervisor. In 2018, they were recruited to Amare Medical Network as Head of Human Resources to design and build a progressive HR department. In 2021, they joined IAM Robotics as Vice President of Human Resources.
Juliana Naugle earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2013, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General.
