Marco Borgogno

Marco Borgogno has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Team Leader Discovery Chemistry at IAMA Therapeutics since January 2022. Marco also serves as a Board Member at the same company since December 2021. Prior to this, Marco worked at Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia, where they were a Postdoctoral Researcher from November 2019 to December 2021. Before that, they were a PhD Student at the same institute from November 2016 to October 2019. Marco also had a Fellowship position at Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia from February 2016 to October 2016.

Marco Borgogno obtained their Master's degree in Pharmaceutical and Medical Biotechnologies from the University of Genova from 2008 to 2015. Marco pursued further education and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biotechnological and Pharmaceutical Sciences from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2016 to 2019.
