Cherie Johnson

Cherie Johnson is currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Ian and Shirley Norman Foundation, Allambi Care, and Speaking in Colour Pty Ltd. As the Founder and Managing Director of Speaking in Colour, the company aims to provide NESA endorsed training for educators and empower communities. With a background in education, Cherie has also worked as a Casual academic at the University of Newcastle and as a Visual Arts, Photography, and Digital Media Teacher at the Department of Education. Cherie is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Aboriginal Education and Creative Industries at the University of Newcastle.
