Amar Prasad

Amar Prasad is an experienced investor and independent director with a solid track record in both financial and technological sectors. Currently serving as an investor at Indian Angel Network since September 2018, and as an independent director at M/s. Abhinav Leasing & Infra Limited since May 2016, Amar also plays a significant role as a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry since December 2015. Furthermore, Amar co-founded and promotes NextGen Infoworld Inc. since April 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on IT and Marketing from IMED, Pune, a GNIIT in Computer Software from the National Institute of Information Technology, and completion of Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
