Paul Claydon

Paul Claydon has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Paul started their career as a Project Manager at Direct Associates Ltd in 2001 and eventually became the Managing Director of the company from 2007 to 2012. Paul then worked as a Scrum Master and Senior Project Manager at Intermedia from 2012 to 2014. At RAC, they held multiple roles including Digital Scrum Master, Digital Development Manager, Head of Digital (Technology), and ultimately Head of Engineering from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they serve as the Head of Digital at Ian Williams Ltd, where they introduced a digital and development team, oversaw a major architecture modernisation programme, and increased the company's digital maturity.
