Patrick Smale

Patrick Smale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as a Commercial Consultant at Iantrek and as the CEO and Founder of ClearSight Therapeutics, Patrick's previous roles include Chief Commercial Officer at Eosera, Inc., where leadership of commercialization efforts for OTC Ear Care products was paramount. Prior positions include National Account Director at Sight Sciences, Inc., and various leadership roles at Alcon, including Global Product Director for Surgical Glaucoma. Patrick has also managed market research teams at Smith & Nephew and Alcon, driving commercial execution and supporting multiple business units. Patrick holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware and a BS in Kinesiology/Biology from Occidental College.
