Bryan McAllister

Bryan McAllister, AFSB, ARe, currently serves as the Vice President of Surety Strategic Initiatives at IAT Insurance Group since May 2024. Prior to this role, Bryan held various positions at Berkley Surety Group from September 2010 to May 2024, including AVP and Director of Corporate Strategy, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and increasing returns. Additional experience includes senior underwriting roles at Chubb Insurance, specializing in political risk and surety, and earlier positions as an adjunct lecturer and in business development. Bryan's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Rochester and a BA in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
